Modern inventory tracking, made simple
Inventory is divided into two tracked categories: capital assets and consumables.
Every product is automatically given a designated barcode, easily printed through any label maker. Handheld devices such as tablets and cellphones with a front facing camera, or Bluetooth/USB scanners for desktop and laptops, are able to read the barcode and automatically take the user to the listing within MedStock, and will be prompted to fill out the check-out form.
Assets and Consumables

Capital assets are documented with a check-out and check-in system, or location based user tracking for items such as beds and laptops.
Warranties and software are monitored within MedStock, notifying selected parties when a warranty or license has only two months, one month, and a week remaining. Certain capital assets will require maintenance checks, and will notify the relevant parties in due time.
Regular check-ins may be required for IT devices as an add on benefit.

Consumables are documented, with a check-out system that notifies administrators upon usage and by whom, and a note system determining where a products end destination is.
Withdrawal and usage are tracked and reviewed, compared to previous usage for ordering and flagging. Warranties and return policies are marked within MedStock, users being able to flag when an item may need replacement or return.
We can provide shelving recommendations for best practices of consumable tracking.
